⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Authentic Lao food that truly tastes like home! I’ve been wanting to try the Lao food at Seasons Cafe in Pinellas Park, and it absolutely did not disappoint! I ordered the Laap Beef with the Gang Thom (beef soup) that came with it, Xai Oua (Lao sausage), and chicken wings with papaya salad, all served with sticky rice. The Laap Beef was my favorite. It was so well seasoned and spiced, and the flavor was incredibly close to how my mother makes it at home. What really impressed me was that the Laap came with Gang Thom (beef soup). Not every restaurant serves the soup that goes along with Laap, so I thought that was such a special touch. It’s actually pretty rare to find, and it made the meal feel even more authentic and homemade. The papaya salad was set at mild, but it still had a good kick to it and was super flavorful. The chicken wings were also very good. The Xai Oua had great flavor, although personally, I think it would have been even better fried rather than boiled. Super fresh smaller kitchen definitely a smaller family owned business . In a small plaza across from parkside you would never know this hidden gem was here been here 3xs in the past two weeks . Staff is always super kind .

It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. I got the bibimbap which came in a hotstone bowl. My boyfriend got pho which I tried and it was ok. It’s any regular pho but it wasn’t a type where I would come often. I do definitely recommend this place for their bingsu/ shaved ice. The strawberry shaved ice was amazing and delicious. That is something that made me want to come again but sadly meal wise not really. The boba drinks were very sweet but if you enjoy sweeter drinks then go for it.

This has become my go-to place for pho! Service is always friendly and fast, and the pho is served with generous amounts of toppings so you can load it up with bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños. If you want to get crazy they have a great chili oil that will knock your socks off if you put a couple scoops in, but be ready to sweat. Also pictured here is the chicken pad Thai that my wife tried - also very good - piping hot and very flavorful, great portion with a good amount of chicken. I want to try so much more on the menu here but the pho is so good! Some day. :)

We went relatively late and during a downpour, so I'm not sure what parking is like during more active hours, but we had no issues and we're able to sit down right away. The beef bulgogi was delicious, as was the beef salad. The spring rolls with shrimp were well received. Soda is canned, not fountain, unfortunately.
